Hi, I’m Kristin! My foundation is built on family and my pets—Minnie, my sweet dog (and our beloved office mascot!), and Gizmo, my cat. I’m lucky to live close to my daughter Karli, her husband Dan, and my two precious granddaughters, and we make the most of it with regular “Mom Mom sleepovers.” I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and am a big supporter of animal rescue. I live in a peaceful lake community and stay active by volunteering on the social committee, helping plan and enjoy the many events we host throughout the year. I treasure time spent with my longtime friends, my childhood sweetheart, and especially my mom Judy—my best friend—who is 82 and still full of spirit.
My hobbies include hitting up yard sales, estate sales, and thrift shops, trying out new recipes, reading, swimming, paddle boarding, and taking daily walks. I live simply and always make space for quiet reflection and gratitude.
I’ve been with NationalHR since 2016, and with over 25 years in the insurance industry, I can honestly say this is the most rewarding place I’ve worked. Here, I’m able to connect with people who really need a personal touch when navigating the often overwhelming world of healthcare. There’s nothing better than witnessing that “lightbulb moment” when someone finally feels confident about their benefits. I also feel lucky every day to work alongside such an incredible team—we laugh a lot, support each other, and truly enjoy what we do. And of course, getting to bring Minnie to the office with me? That’s just the cherry on top.
