Hi, I’m Jay, and I’ve been with NationalHR for over 20 years. My role is all about supporting the strategic vision of our C-suite, sales team, and clients. I enjoy connecting the dots between big-picture goals and day-to-day execution—making sure everything runs smoothly and with purpose.
Like most people, I didn’t grow up dreaming of a career in insurance. But I’ve come to love it because of the people I work with and the clients we serve. The entire NationalHR team is filled with people who genuinely care about helping others, and I’m no different.
Outside of work, I’m happiest at the beach with my family. My wife and I connected over our shared love of the ocean, and now our kids are just as hooked. My son and I are avid surfers, and when I’m not in the water, you’ll probably find me on the tennis court or golf course.
